1. Who we are
BlessRite Automotive Concierge Inc. ("BlessRite") provides automotive repair coordination, diagnostics, roadside assistance and vehicle concierge services in Manitoba, Canada.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Bookings and estimates
Appointment times are confirmed by BlessRite. Diagnostic findings and estimates are provided before chargeable repair work begins.
No repair work beyond the approved estimate version will be charged without your separate approval.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices include applicable taxes as shown on your invoice. Payment is due by the date on the invoice. Roadside, transport and after-hours fees are shown before dispatch.
5. Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows for pickup may incur a fee.
6. Partner services
Some work is performed by approved partner repair shops, suppliers and drivers. BlessRite coordinates and remains your point of contact.
7. Liability
BlessRite is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for personal items left in vehicles. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
